POWER RANKING FAQ by ARIIX Corperate
POWER RANKING FAQs:
1) How is the Power Ranking different from the Elite Awards?
The Elite Awards (Enterprise:Top Income; Prosperity: Top Matching Bonus Growth; Ambitious: Top New Rep; Ambassador: Top Sponsor of new Members; Vision: Top Overall; Salesperson: Top Sponsor of new Preferred Customers) looked at different aspects of business building in isolation, and the top Representatives in each category would win recognition, a trip or even a trip upgrade in some markets. The higher the performance, the higher the rank.
Power Ranking looks at the same aspects of business building and combines them for an all-around ranking. It also looks at each Representative's performance relative to all Representatives worldwide, and provides a ranking based on total combined output.
2) What is the time frame for Power Ranking?
Power Ranking begins on the first week, and ends on the last of week of the ARIIX commission calendar. Power Ranking is calculated and updated weekly. Any returns, adjustments etc. may impact the next week's rankings accordingly.
3) What are the aspects that Power Ranking includes and what do they mean?
Each ARIIX Representative is compared relative to every other Representative on the following criteria, which include the original elements of the Elite Awards:
Customer Acquisition: This includes the number of new Members and Preferred Customers acquired throughout the year, and how much volume each generates. This also includes personal volume beyond the minimum sales threshold that is assumed to be sold to retail customers. The more customers and members acquired compared to other Representatives, and the more volume they generate respectively, the higher the ranking.
Retention: This includes the percentage of new Members within a Representative's sponsorship tree that continue to place orders throughout the year after enrollment. The higher the percentage and the higher the headcount relative to other Representatives, the higher the ranking.
Growth: This includes growth of total Payline volume (which in turn includes all new volume in a line, whether paid in base commissions or Team Lead Bonus) of the current year versus the prior year. The higher the growth relative to other Representatives, the higher the ranking.
Leadership Development: This includes Matching Bonus growth; the number of personally sponsored members who achieve Gold Status throughout the year; the number of personally sponsored new Representatives who title advance throughout the year (higher titles have a higher score). The higher the performance of leadership development relative to other Representatives, the higher the ranking.
Earnings: This includes total earnings. The higher the total earnings relative to other Representatives, the higher the ranking.
4) Is there a difference in the weighting between categories? If so, why?
There is a nominal difference based on relative value towards sales growth. The order of categories is as follows:
2) Leadership Development
4) Customer and Member Acquisition
While there is a small difference between the weighting of categories, the difference between the first and the last is fairly small.
More importantly, we encourage Representatives to build their business considering each dimension. Time has proven success in each category will lead to a robust, productive team that will reap rewards for years to come.
5) What does my Power Ranking in xOffice mean?
Each week the Power Rankings will be updated and posted in xOffice. You will be able to see your rank relative to the rest of the world, your region (I.e. Europe; North America; Asia Pacific; Greater China), your country, and for some, your local state province or city. Thus, the higher the ranking, the higher your overall contribution towards the growth of ARIIX.
6) How can I improve my rank, and how can I know which category I am performing well in, and which category I need improvement?
Starting early Q2 2017, Representatives will be able to view the details of their Power Ranking which will show their percentile in each Power Ranking category.
The percentile shows their performance relative to the rest of the ARIIX Representatives around the world. Thus,if I am in the 90th percentile (90%) in the Growth category, it means I am performing better than 89% of other Representatives, and have 9%of Representatives who are performing better than me. If I am in the 20%, it means I have a lot of opportunity to improve and advance on the 80% of Representatives ahead of me.
We encourage Representatives to maintain a well-rounded business, maintain their areas of excellence, and work to improve areas of opportunity.
